HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Once you finish adding items to your shopping cart, click checkout.
- Select "Pick Up" in the delivery method.
- Choose your desire store in the Pickup locations and enter your payment details to complete your order.
- We'll email you when your order has been carefully prepared and sent on its way, and also when it's ready to collect.
- When collecting your order, please take your collection confirmation email with you.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY PURCHASE?
Click & Collect is available at our stores. Check the store location page to find your nearest location.
IS THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGE FOR THE PICK UP SERVICE?
No, there is no delivery fee.
CAN I CHANGE THE PICK UP LOCATION FOR MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, you are unable to change the chosen Pick Up location once you have placed your order.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER?
In order to keep collections safe and secure, you will need to collect the order yourself. When collecting your item, you must bring your collection confirmation email.
