 How to enter:

2. Like and share our Facebook post.
3. Facebook message us which dress you would like to win and your email address. (*The email address you provided to us must be the same as the email address you subscribed to our website.)

How it works: 

- 1 winner will be randomly selected.
- The deadline of lucky draw registration will be at 11:59pm of 7th February, 2021.
- The winner announcement date is 10th February, 2021.
- Winner will be announced through Facebook post and notify by email.
- Please contact us by email (shopping@marco-visconti.com), or Facebook message us if you are the winner. (https://www.facebook.com/MarcoViscontiHK/)
- The deadline to redeem the prize is 28th February, 2021.
- Failure to respond within five(5) days of notification will result in disqualification. 

Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period will be from 11 January 2021 to 28 February 2021, for a total of 7 weeks. The registration period will be from 11 January 2021 to 7 February 2021. 
2. Each day will run from 12 midnight to 11:59pm.
3. The deadline of lucky draw program registration will be at 11:59pm of 7 February 2021. 
4. Lucky draw winner will be drawn randomly by computer on 10 February 2021.
5. Results of the lucky draw will be announced on Facebook on 10 February 2021. Winner will be notified individually by the email that is provided. The Lucky Draw winner who cannot be contacted by 15 February 2021, cannot provide a clear confirmation winning email photo and the original confirmation winning email or cannot complete the winning registration within the designated period after receiving the winning notification will forfeit the prize. Winners who cannot redeem the prize by designated date will forfeit the prize.
6. The prize cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash. Winners agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed by Marco Visconti of the relevant prizes. Marco Visconti shall not be responsible for any consequences due to the redemption or use of the prizes.
7. Participants understand and accept that Marco Visconti has no legal or other liabilities if any winners are unable to enjoy any prizes for whatever reasons or if any winners suffer from any personal injuries or property losses or damages in the course of his or her enjoyment of any prizes for whatever reasons.
8. Any emails/ Facebook account which are invalid, fake or not within the promotion period will not be accepted. Marco Visconti reserves the right to judge the eligibility of the winners. In case of loss of email, it will not be replaced or reissued.
9. Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/ different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. 
10. During this promotion, if registered data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issues which are not attributed to the default of Marco Visconti, Marco Visconti shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified and the participant cannot object.
11. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Company reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this Lucky Draw. Marco Visconti will verify that the eligible winners’ email account is listed as a subscriber for Marco Visconti.
12. All information provided by participants cannot be changed after subscription. All information of participants should be based on the record of web subscription. Any faulty, duplicate and incomplete information will result in disqualification. If winners cannot receive winning notifications or redemption details or cannot redeem the prize due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided for promotion, Marco Visconti shall bear no responsibility.
13. For enquiries of the subscription or winning information, the subscribed person should contact us by the subscribed email. 
14. In case of disputes, the decision of Marco Visconti will be final and binding.
