Shipping within Hong Kong
- Free shipping purchases at or over HK$150.
- For purchase under HK$150, a shipping fee of HK$15 will be charged.
**Orders will either ship by SF express or HK post, depends on address.

Shipping to Macau
SF EXPRESS
- Free shipping via S.F Express for purchases at or over HK$300.
- For purchase under HK$300, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

Shipping to Taiwan
SF EXPRESS
Free shipping via S.F Express for purchases at or over HK$500.
For purchase under HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.

Shipping to Mainland China
- For purchase under HK$600, a shipping fee of HK$60 will be charged for shipping via S.F. Express. Any additional district fee charged by S.F. Express will be borne by customers.
- Free shipping for purchases at or over HK$600.
- Import tax fee will be borne by customers.
International Shipping
- For purchase under HK$800, a shipping fee of HK$80 will be charged.
- Free shipping for purchases at or over HK$800.

When will I receive my purchase?
- We ship out most packages within 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment except orders using a pre-order discount.
- Orders using pre-order discounts will be shipped no later than the agreed production end date.
- Express shipping will take approximately 1-3 days for delivery, Hong Kong Post may take up to 7 days. For international order, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
What happens if I need to change my delivery address?
- Please email us at shopping@marco-visconti.com immediately and we will try our best to get it updated. However, in the event that your package has been shipped, a surcharge might be needed for the re-routing.
